Do I need installation?
No. Everything is plug-and-play — charge the unit and plug in your devices.
Are they safe to use indoors?
Yes. Our LiFePO₄ systems are safe, silent and emission-free — no fumes or fuel, so they’re ideal for homes, vans and offices.
Choosing a Kit
How do I choose the right size?
Match the power (W) to the most demanding appliance you want to run, and the capacity (Wh) to how many hours you need.
• Small stations: Wi-Fi, phones, lights
• Mid-size: laptops, TVs, fridges
• Larger units: power tools, cooking, multiple appliances
Is there a calculator tool?
Yes — our Backup Power Calculator lets you add your devices and shows matching power stations in seconds.
Can it power a fridge or microwave?
A modern fridge (≈120–200W) will run on most mid-range portable power stations.
High-draw appliances like microwaves and kettles (1–2.4kW) need a
high-output unit — check the AC output (W) on the product page.
Using & Charging
Can I charge and use it at once?
Yes — most models support pass-through charging (charging the battery while powering devices) within their limits. Always check the product page or manual for any specific guidance.
How long will it run my device?
As a rough guide:
Runtime ≈ (Battery Wh × 0.85) ÷ Device W
Example: a 1000Wh station powering a 100W device ≈ 8.5 hours.

Are solar panels waterproof?
Most folding solar panels are water-resistant (often IP65), so light rain is fine. Avoid submerging them and always keep the connectors and the power station itself dry.
Orders & Delivery
How fast is delivery?
Most UK mainland orders ship same or next working day and arrive in 1–3 business days. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Is delivery free?
Yes — free UK delivery over £50. Orders under £50 ship for £4.99.
Which payments are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return a product?
Yes — you can return unused items within 30 days in the original packaging for a refund. Please contact us first so we can issue a return authorisation and provide instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
If an item is faulty or incorrect, we cover the return.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.
How long is the warranty?
Most portable power stations include a 2–6 year manufacturer warranty, depending on the model and brand. The exact warranty is shown on each product page and is fully valid for UK customers.
