Do I need professional installation?
No. These products are consumer plug-and-play devices. Simply charge the unit and plug in your appliances.
Are they safe to use indoors?
Yes. LiFePO₄ battery systems are safe, silent and emission-free — with no fumes or fuel — making them suitable for homes, vans and offices.
Choosing a Kit
How do I choose the right size?
Match the power (W) to the most demanding appliance you want to run, and the capacity (Wh) to how many hours you need.
• Small stations: Wi-Fi, phones, lights
• Mid-size: laptops, TVs, fridges
• Larger units: power tools, cooking, multiple appliances
Is there a calculator tool?

Can it power a fridge or microwave?
A modern fridge (≈120–200W) will run on most mid-range portable power stations. High-draw appliances such as microwaves and kettles (1–2.4kW) require a high-output unit — always check the AC output rating on the product page.
Using & Charging
Can I charge and use it at the same time?
Yes — most models support pass-through charging, allowing you to charge the battery while powering devices within safe limits. Always follow the guidance on the product page or manual.
How long will it run my device?
Runtime ≈ (Battery Wh × 0.85) ÷ Device W
Example: a 1000Wh unit powering a 100W device ≈ 8.5 hours.

Are solar panels waterproof?
Most folding panels are water-resistant (typically IP65). Light rain is fine, but avoid submersion and keep connectors dry.

How fast is delivery?
Most UK mainland orders ship same or next working day and arrive within 1–3 business days.
Is delivery free?
Free UK delivery on orders over £50. Orders under £50 ship for £4.99.
Which payments are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return a product?
Yes — unused items can be returned within 30 days in original packaging. Please contact us first for return instructions.
Who pays return shipping?
Faulty or incorrect items are covered by us. Change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
How long is the warranty?
Most power stations include a 2–6 year manufacturer warranty, depending on the model. Details are listed on each product page.
