VoltReady™ is an online retailer of portable power stations, compatible solar panels, and backup power accessories for UK customers.
Do you install or wire systems?
No. VoltReady™ does not provide installation services. Our products are customer-operated portable power products.
Are these safe to use indoors?
Battery-based power stations are generally suitable for indoor use when used according to the manufacturer’s instructions. They are designed for plug-and-play use without fumes from fuel combustion.
How to decide
How do I choose the right size?
Look at two things: output power in watts for the appliances you want to run, and battery capacity in watt-hours for how long you want them powered.
Is there a tool to help me decide?

Can it run a fridge, kettle or microwave?
Many mid-range units can run a modern fridge. High-draw appliances such as kettles and microwaves require a higher-output model, so always check the AC output rating on the product page.

Can I charge and use it at the same time?
Most models support pass-through charging within manufacturer limits. Always follow the user manual and product guidance.
How long will it run my device?
A rough guide is: (Battery Wh × 0.85) ÷ device watts.
Actual runtime varies depending on efficiency, load and usage conditions.
Are solar panels waterproof?
Most folding solar panels are water-resistant rather than fully waterproof. Light rain is usually fine, but avoid submersion and keep connectors dry.

How fast is delivery?
Most UK mainland orders ship the same or next working day and usually arrive within 1–3 business days.
Is delivery free?
Yes — UK delivery is free on orders over £50. Orders under £50 ship for £4.99.
Do you ship outside the UK?
At the moment, VoltReady™ ships to UK addresses only.

Can I return a product?
Unused items can be returned within 30 days in their original packaging. Please contact us first for return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Faulty or incorrect items are covered by us. Change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
How long is the warranty?
