🛡️ Standard coverage

Most products are covered by a 1-6 year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.

🔍 What’s covered

  • Manufacturing defects, faulty components, early electronic failure under normal use.
  • Battery performance in line with manufacturer’s cycle/life specs.

🚫 What’s not covered

  • Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, liquid ingress, unauthorised repairs/modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, consumables.

🧰 How to claim

  1. Email contactus@voltready.co.uk with order number, serial number, and fault description.
  2. Attach photos/video to speed assessment.
  3. We’ll guide testing, repair or replacement. Turnaround varies by brand/part availability.

This warranty gives rights in addition to your statutory consumer rights in the UK.
