📦 Order Processing
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed after 1 PM on Fridays or on public holidays are processed the next working day.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link for live delivery updates.
🚚 Delivery Times
We partner with UK fulfilment centres for fast, reliable delivery:
- UK Mainland: 2–5 working days
- Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands: 3–7 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier capacity, severe weather, or seasonal demand.
💸 Shipping Costs
- Free UK Delivery — on all orders over £50.
- Flat-rate £4.99 — for orders under £50.
📦 Couriers
All shipments are tracked and handled by trusted delivery partners, including:
- DPD
- Royal Mail
- UPS
- DHL and other premium couriers for larger items
High-value products such as Bluetti power stations are shipped directly from our UK distribution partners to ensure UK delivery information and warranty coverage.
🛑 Delivery Issues
- Track your parcel using the link provided in your dispatch email.
- If you experience delays or a missed delivery, contact the courier first using your tracking number.

📬 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your delivery details before checkout. VoltReady™ cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.
🚫 International Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded automatically.
